Accident Scene Documentation

Capture the Scene Before It Disappears.

A crash, a fatality, a serious injury — the scene begins changing the moment first responders clear the roadway. Skid marks fade, debris is swept, vehicles are towed, and within hours the only record left is a written report and a handful of ground-level phone photos.

THE PROBLEM

What you're up against

A crash, a fatality, a serious injury — the scene begins changing the moment first responders clear the roadway. Skid marks fade, debris is swept, vehicles are towed, and within hours the only record left is a written report and a handful of ground-level phone photos.

What's at Stake

The cost of waiting

Without a measurable, time-stamped aerial record, your reconstruction expert is guessing. Sightline arguments collapse. Liability theories pivot on details that were never captured. Cases settle low — or worse, get away from you at trial — because the evidence that mattered most was gone before anyone arrived with the right camera in the air.

HOW WE SOLVE IT

Our approach

We launch FAA Part 107 pilots fast — averaging 12-24 hours across the Florida Panhandle. Every flight produces a top-down orthomosaic, geo-tagged stills, and 4K video, and all SHA-256 hashed at the moment of capture and packaged. The scene is preserved, defensible, and ready for your expert before it disappears.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Every engagement, packaged for legal review.

Defensible, organized, and easy to hand to a paralegal, expert, or court.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Accident Scene Documentation - FAQ

  • How quickly can you get to an accident scene?

Our average response across the Florida Panhandle is 12-to-24-hour response time in most situations, however, rapid response time can be sooner than 12 hours. We operate 7 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. For active scenes (accidents, fires, weather events), call 850-803-7663 directly — we'll launch as soon as airspace and law enforcement clear us in.

  • What if the scene has already been cleared?

It still pays to fly. Skid marks, gouges, debris pattern impressions, sightlines, signage, and roadway geometry remain readable for days or weeks. We document what's left and reference police reports and witness statements to reconstruct the rest.

  • Will the footage hold up as evidence in court?

Yes. Originals are SHA-256 hashed at capture, preserved unedited, and accompanied by a flight log, GPS metadata, and pilot Part 107 certification. Our pilot is available as a fact witness for deposition or trial.

  • How fast do we receive the files?

Court-ready packages are typically delivered within 24 hours after flight authorized via secure download link. Rush turnaround is available for trial deadlines or mediation prep — let us know your deadline when you call.

  • What does an accident-scene flight cost?

Most scenes fall within a predictable flat-rate range based on location, complexity, and deliverables. We quote in writing before launch and disclose any after-hours or rush surcharge up front. Firms invoiced NET-15.
